I started my life as a hairdresser working for some of the biggest names in the UK.

After doing this I decided it was time to work for myself and decided to open my own salon and here is where I learned very quickly I had no idea how to actually run a business, stand out in front of the right customers, encourage them to come back or any idea what an average order transaction was!

It took for my to spend 2 years on the brink of losing my home because my business was failing to finally invest in a mentor - and that is why I want to help people today because I don’t want anyone to feel the way I felt all those years ago.

I then found a mentor who helped my break down that business and build it with the correct systems and processes I needed.

This is when I discovered how profitable products could be! Once I was finally attracting customers I decided to work on how we could give customers bigger / better results and build our community.

I opened an online shop and started work on my own hair care line within 2 years I had gone from struggling in debt to taking over 600k a year.

Over the last 2 years I have been helping other product businesses to build their brand, attract their perfect customers, how to nurture them and get them back more often spending more each time they do.

This is where I developed the zenith method that focuses on the 4 pillars of a wildly successful product business.

3. Sales - increase your AOV by providing the next logical step for your customer, why it matters and how it will benefit them
